RPA Architect / Technical Delivery Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Architect / Technical Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, primarily using UiPath/Blue Prism. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects for our clients, driving efficiency, and improving operational processes. The Technical Delivery Manager will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, ensure the quality of deliverables, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This is a key role within our growing automation practice in Lithuania. There is also the possibility for some hands-on development depending on the projects. Qualifications: • 5-6+ years with Intelligent Automation (Preferably UiPath, Blue Prism also acceptable, Power or other tools profiles are not relevant) • 2-4+ years with management and people management • Worked as a developer/programmer at some point in their career. • Personal skills/qualities • High-level communication skills, including experience of communicating effectively across cultures and with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to listen to multiple perspectives and resolve conflict in a way that maintains healthy relationships between stakeholders. • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to understand and support the needs of diverse projects across an organisation and anticipate how one action may cause/impact another. • The confidence to offer ideas and solutions, and to question the validity of information. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Good people-management skills; the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation and impart knowledge and experience in an accessible and clear manner. • Knowledge/technical competencies, architect experience. • Experience of managing software development projects. • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath or Blue Prism as automation platforms. • Hands-on experience in open source software development and web technologies. • Proven track record in delivering complex automation projects, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders. • Hands-on experience of agile project management. • Knowledge of international development desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation projects using UiPath and Blue Prism tools. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. • Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements and project plans. • Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and automation specialists to design scalable and efficient automation solutions tailored to the client’s needs. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize the delivery process, promoting best practices, efficiency improvements, and innovation in automation. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all automation solutions meet quality standards and are in line with industry best practices and compliance regulations. • Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism, and other intelligent automation tools, offering guidance and technical support where necessary.
