About the Opportunity

DMI is looking for a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions that transform and optimize service delivery processes across the organization. This role will leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform to identify automation opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall productivity.

 

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who excels at analyzing complex workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative automation solutions. They will serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Automate and related tools, integrating automation across diverse applications, systems, and data sources.

 

As a strategic contributor, the RPA Engineer will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's automation strategy, ensuring that implemented solutions align with business goals, meet compliance standards, and provide measurable ROI. This position offers an opportunity to shape the organization’s strategy to automation and drive impactful change in a technology-focused environment.

 

Key responsibilities include end-to-end RPA development, business process analysis, workflow optimization, and collaboration with business units to deliver solutions that address critical organizational needs. With a focus on excellence, security, and innovation, this role is essential to achieving long-term operational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline manual and repetitive tasks.Configure, deploy, and monitor automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Maintain existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as necessary.Work with stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and automation solutions.Leverage Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for automated workflows.Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party applications.Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure automation solutions align with organizational goals.Create detailed documentation, including process design documents, user guides, and maintenance procedures.Ensure all automation solutions meet organizational security and compliance standards.Implement access controls and logging to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of experience in RPA development with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and integrating with other tools and APIs.Proficiency in designing and deploying workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for advanced automation.Experience integrating with cloud-based tools, databases, and APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph API).Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation for automation purposes.Ability to analyze complex processes and design efficient automation solutions.Strong troubleshooting skills to address issues with automation workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business requirements.
