We are actively seeking candidates for an RPA Developer position to support the Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Ideal candidate will have experience designing and building RPA solutions according to client’s needs. Will work primarily with UiPath and Power Automate RPA tools, but experience working with other automation tools will also be considered. Duties include developing advanced automation and interactive dashboard solutions to enhance Financial Management and Logistics operational efficiency. This role will support the creation and deployment of automated processes and data presentation tools that inform decision-making, without altering or interpreting raw data.
This position is located in Aiea, Hawaii.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Automation Development:
• Design and implement automated workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, particularly UiPath, to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity in Financial Management and Logistics processes.
• Manage and document RPA solutions, ensuring they align with client operational requirements and meet performance and quality standards.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of automation solutions to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
Dashboard and Data Connector Development:
• Create robust, user-friendly dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and integrate these with relevant Financial Management and Logistics data sources for real-time data access.
• Utilize and configure data connectors to integrate dashboards with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint, ensuring cohesive data flow across applications and enabling actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy dashboard visualizations tailored to key Financial Management and Logistics metrics, facilitating quick, data-driven decision-making without requiring any alteration of original data sets.
Advanced Data Analytics for Financial Management and Logistics:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like DAX, SQL, and Python to perform statistical tests on Financial Management and Logistics data, following security protocols to protect data integrity.
• Provide data-backed insights that support performance evaluations, trend analysis, and process improvements, aligning with established reporting and operational frameworks.
Technical Support and Documentation:
• Offer ongoing support for all deployed automation and dashboard tools, ensuring consistent operation within Financial Management and Logistics workflows.
• Develop detailed, accessible documentation for all automation and dashboard functions, providing users with guidelines for optimal use, troubleshooting, and updates.

Mandatory: 10 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing
· In-depth knowledge of process automation principles and methodologies to identify and automate repetitive tasks and processes.
· Strong business analysis skills to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify automation opportunities.
· Knowledge of how RPA can be leveraged to drive large-scale process transformation within an organization.
· Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
· Strong programming skills, with experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript).
· Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced expertise in creating and configuring dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong skills in DAX, SQL, and Python for advanced data analytics and data integration.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint for configuring data connectors and enabling integrated, real-time data access.
• Excellent documentation skills to create comprehensive user guides and process documentation.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141,200.00 - $305,800.00.
