What success looks like in this role:

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power platform or Automation Anywhere A360 to streamline business processes.Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots, ensuring minimal downtime.Automate ticket handling, workflows, and record management in ServiceNow to improve service delivery.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.Conduct process assessments and document automation workflows.Utilize basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) for scripting, data transformation, and custom logic within bots.Create reusable scripts to extend automation capabilities.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).Ensure that all automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in process automation using Power Automate or Automation Anywhere A360.Proficiency in Python  to support advanced automation logic.Experience in automating workflows and ticket management in ServiceNow.Experience working in SharePoint Form developmentStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for handling bot failures and exceptions.Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide updates.Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.Certifications (Preferred):Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced ProfessionalServiceNow certifications are a plus.
