Job Description

As an RPA developer at H&M Group's SSC, I automate finance processes using UiPath technology. I streamline repetitive tasks with fixed rules and clear structures, saving time and improving work quality. I collaborate with the business to identify automation opportunities, create process documentation, and work alongside the Automation Expert to enhance our automation capabilities.

 

Responsible for the operations of multiple RPA automations in the finance & accounting operationsLeading and building new RPA automations within the functionProviding expert support to the business for the automations and managing the scripts when adjustments are neededWork with business colleagues to implement and roll-out new RPA automations and digitalize complex operational (finance) processes.Creating processes and documentation for RPA projects.Sharing your knowledge with the department and keep the governance structures for RPA.Provide frequent updates to the Automation Expert and ask for support where requiredResponsible for keeping the RPA automations running and always updatedWorking closely with the functional teams to maintain the day-to-day technical functionalities for RPAPoint of contact to solve incidents and issues to the automation RPA

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with RPA technology, you have successfully completed UiPath Foundation, Orchestrator and Advanced courses, including certifications if availableBasic understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologiesExperience and relevant knowledge of VB.NET, C#, Python to use this in UiPath StudioOverall analytical, customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively communicate with users related to system issuesWorking knowledge of relevant other systems / ERP5+ years of progressive experience in RPA UiPath ‘advanced’Experience with automation and from working within the different finance process areas, e.g., AP, AR and R2R (Stock and A2R)Strong knowledge and experience from RPA related programsExperience from developing automation within the Retail industry is a meritSAP experience is a merit
