The base pay scale for this position is $124,000.00 - $189,250.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Job Description:
The RPA Developer is responsible for building and maintaining automations related to health care operations/finance. The RPA Developer will work directly with the Automation Program Manager and Solution Architect to transform business process requirements into high performing automations with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Utilize industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutionsWork collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutionsManage production timelines and participate in automation selection process. Develop team within the reporting structure to optimize effectiveness of the RPA program.Design, develop, test, document, and deploy RPA solutionsIncludes but is not limited to managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and schedulingMinimize automation downtime through monitoring and maintenanceBuild new processes/objects or enhance existing onesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and data security standardsStay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as incorporating APIs, Optical Character Recognition, Machine Learning, etc.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platformsProficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.Experience:
Required experience:Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logicExecuting ETL functions between operational systemsPreferred experience:Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)Healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminologyExperience creating and using APIsUsing analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.Knowledge of EHR systems and workflowsManagement experience; specifically in a software or product environmentCompetencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the proper technical approach and troubleshoot issuesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectivelyDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsSelf-motivated and resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines under press
