Robotic Process Automation is the future and is one of the hottest technology areas right now and one of the fastest-growing elements of technological development globally.
We are looking for RPA Developer role candidates to join an established RPA team where they can directly contribute to driving efficiency and scalability across FNZ.
You will be a member of the Centre of Excellence for RPA, and will work closely with subject matter experts from different areas of the business to understand their current processes and help automate the processes that are fit for RPA. You will be part of a team that will deliver intelligent automation in an agile environment.
The role will support the full life cycle of delivery of RPA from Analysis, Development, and Production monitoring. The purpose of the role will be to identify current processes within the business, to analyze the processes, and develop them into RPA candidates.
The breadth of the role would suit a candidate who is keen to develop their careers in the world of Robotic Automation, can quickly build and document requirements and replicate process steps using RPA software. This role would suit those enquiring analytical minds who have attention to detail and a real passion and enthusiasm for new technologies.
Successful applicants will also be encouraged to complete role rotation within the RPA team to develop their skills and experience plus study towards FNZ funded completion of Blue Prism certification.
Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Working with Solution Architects and Development Leads to understand the technical landscape on which RPA will be implemented.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analysing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
Contribute to the development of current standards and procedures.
Creating and maintaining Control Room processes and monitoring working to SLAs.
Working to scrum methodology through an Agile implementation lifecycle.
Experience required:Knowledge of Workflow design is highly desirable.
Ability to work to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong experience or willingness to learn RPA technologies - BluePrism.
RPA-certified/accredited would be highly desirable.
LEAN/Six-Sigma/Process Improvement desirable.
