RPA Developer II Location PUNE INDIA Hours Needed 11:00AM to 8:00PM Requisition Number 17713 Apply Now (https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf03/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=MOUSER&cws=40&rid=17713) JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle: RPA Developer IILocation: India The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will design, develop, test and implement RPA bots that will interact with multiple third-party applications. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhanced workflow automation platforms. + Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops. + Build and maintain sets of automations for multiple projects and clients. + Plan and participate in deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance. + Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability. + Uses sound judgement to identify issues and escalates, when appropriate. + Design detailed automated processes and develop end to end solutions. + Adapt to new technologies and gain a functional understanding. + Work closely with a team to understand business processes and requirements. + Assist with installations, testing, documentation, and incident management. + Prepare detailed process design and user stories SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS + Highly organized with the ability to multitask. + Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels. + Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and teaching skills. + Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle. + Knowledge and understanding of reviewing requirement documents, to ensure the requirements are achieved. + Knowledge and understanding in validating the users expectations are achieved during the development process. + Ability to work independently, with a team, and with cross function teams. + Accepts the changes positively and help others to adapt to change. + Flexible to work nights and weekends, as per business needs. + Hands-on UiPath, Automation Anywhere & Power Automation and extensive overall knowledge with Robotics Process Automation (RPA). + Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.). + General knowledge of Automation of Terminal Legacy applications. + Demostrated ability in running attended and unattended bots. + Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices. + Experience working on Test driven development environment. + Passionate about building an innovative culture. Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline required + 2+ years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development experience required.
