We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.
Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

What will your day consist of?

Learn different programming languages and automation toolsPractice your new acquired knowledge on real business use casesWork in a co-development setup with a more experienced developerCollaborate on global projects with colleagues from all regionsWork both in a team or individually

Your Profile:

Terminal year of Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science

or graduating after January 2026

Python, C#, JavaScript, .NET proven basic to intermediary knowledge is a plusIndependent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learnStrong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative individual and team playerFluency in English
