PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for an RPA expert to join our ENGIE GBS IT dynamic team. The candidate will have solid experience in process automation and will be able to design, develop, and deploy effective RPA solutions. You will work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Process Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes Identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility Document existing processes and propose improvements

RPA Solution Development:

Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism tools Create automated workflows and scripts to automate repetitive tasks Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems

Testing and Deployment:

Perform unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of developed solutions Deploy RPA robots in the production environment Monitor robot performance and resolve any issues

Maintenance and Support:

Maintain existing RPA solutions Provide technical support to end-users Update robots based on process changes or new requirements

Training and Documentation:

Train end-users on the use of RPA solutions Write technical documents and user guides Share best practices and lessons learned with the team

 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field RPA certification (UiPath and/or Blue Prism) is a plus 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Advanced English

 

 

Technical Skills

Proven experience in RPA development with UiPath and Blue Prism tools Good knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus Skills in data analysis and process modeling Knowledge of databases and systems is highly appreciated

 

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions.
