RPA Process Controller and Developer Specialist

RPA Process Controller supports the daily Robotic Process Automation (RPA) computing environment by overseeing and responding to hardware and software malfunctions. It requires providing support and proactive monitoring of robotic process automation software such as UiPath, in addition to documents, track and monitors problems to ensure resolutions. You will be reporting to IT Manager RPA GCSS.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor automations, resolve alerts, and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with business teams, RPA Business Analysts, and developers.

Ensure that Solution Design Documents (SDD) are complete and accurate before automations are moved to production. This includes validating robot access, software installation, and necessary permissions.

Oversee service accounts and credentials used in automations, including updating passwords as required.

Manage robot workload and scheduling based on documented processes.

Utilize Azure DevOps to manage builds, releases, task assignments, and code deployment. This includes translating requirements into user stories, addressing bugs, and troubleshooting defects.

Work closely with developers, analysts, and IT teams to migrate automation solutions from UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to production.

Participate in agile team activities like daily standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for RPA processes.

Have a working knowledge of key infrastructure components like Windows servers, IT networks, Azure technology, and programming languages like SQL and Visual Basic.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).

Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Familiarity with Windows Servers, SQL, and basic programming (e.g., Visual Basic).

Agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork.
