RPA Production Support Specialist

Who we are looking for

 In your role as an RPA Production Support Specialist, will work with other Robotic Process Automation team members through the phases of use-case data exploration and prototyping to the design, implementation, deployment and support of the use-case.  
 

What you will be responsible for

Experience in working with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UI PathGood knowledge on Banking domainParticipate in 24X7 production support activities for both Blue Prism 6 and Blue Prism 7 environmentsMonitoring of BOTs in PROD environmentPerform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, data visualization and analysisHelping team with his technical expertise for the issues and difficulties they face during supportUnderstand work expectations & prioritizes critical activities, anticipate operational issues and prepare accordingly      Timely Response to customer requests and queries by providing information with all relevant data points and clarityEnsure 100% knowledge on all supporting use casesDevelop New SOPs and KEDBsConducting Knowledge sessions for team for the use casesIdentifying activities for automation and implementationProviding innovative solutions through technical expertise for the code bugs/fixes in use casesIdentification of scenarios for possible major incidentsKnowledge on release management, performing Code deployments for all environments: PROD, UAT, DEV in both BP6 and BP7 environmentsStrong problem solving and communication skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree
Developer certification in Blue Prism or UiPath or 2 + years support experience using Blue Prism tool

Good English language skills, ability to manage Europe/China/India/USA businesses

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
