RRP BRAND ASSOCIATE
Position:
As a RRP Brand Associate, you will:
RRP Brand strategy: Participate in the design and development of brand strategies in cooperation with RRP lead and RRP Brand manager. Lead and execute the creative development of all respective materials to en-sure a successful brand introduction and deployment, always in line with global guidelines. RRP Brand activation: Take active role in activation programs development including Brand and trade communication and engagement programs. Secure Brand Activation implementations in alignment to Brand Guidelines, and providing clear directions and alignment between Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, BG and Regional teams across JTI. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret data to steer brand and digital strategy direction with the aim to meet agreed KPIs and maximize efficiencies in both workstreams. Support preparation of presen-tations for Brand Reviews through updating data related to brand portfolio performance, activation and pricing strategy. Prepare & ensure close follow up of brand equity related tasks and processes and consoli-date regular reports and ad hoc reports for internal & external use, according to business needs. Budget monitoring: Monitor brand activation planned budget and be responsible for proper forecasting and budget execution in close cooperation with RRP Brand Manager. Follow up and take care of all relevant reporting process as per JTI's standards. Communication: Primary responsible and key point of contact for brand and activation agencies for the day-to-day operations. Key point of contact with suppliers, agencies, IT to monitor the progress of activities and ensure deliverables are against KPI's.
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a brand marketing role (preferably in FMCG, electronics) with proven experience in brand communication and activation initiatives across offline and online consumer touchpoints Proven experience in agency briefings, development of brand strategic presentation, budget management and KPIs monitoring and reporting Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in Marketing/Business Management or any related field of study Fluency in English, written and spoken Expert User of MS Office standard applications Strategic analytical thinking with a good commercial acumen Proactivity and with high sense of responsibility Strong ability to work as part of a team, to prioritize and to be commited to results Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, problem-solve and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick-turn business model with close attention to details and ability to influence and interact with peers and senior management Open to work on broad and diverse scope of task and to support business where needed
