RRP Integrated Communications Manager

 

What will you do: 

 

1) Integrated Comms Campaigns (RRP):

Responsible for working with RRP Brand & CX colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns in support of the JTIP RRP portfolio using brand assets and guidelines supplied. Campaigns to include all consumer facing branding both online & offline, including media, as well as all POSMs (in conjunction with FM merchandising team). The incumbent must ensure a seamless and integrated approach to brand marketing so that the Philippines RRP consumer gets a consistent and single-minded experience across all channels.

 

2) Comms, messaging and content calendar:

Responsible, in conjunction with the PR & Content Manager, for the development and ongoing maintenance of a calendar of activity across: RRP communications campaigns (online & offline), POSMs for RRP (in conjunction with FM merchandising team), community and social media management, JTIP customer branding for Trade partners engagement platforms, and PR Events

 

3) Agency & 3rd Party Supplier Management:

Supports the Marketing Comms & PR Manager and Procurement colleagues in creative agency, media agency & 3rd party supplier management to ensure JTIP receives the best quality, on-time, on-budget comms campaigns across RRP and Trade partner audiences – including (but not limited to): ensuring clear and effective briefing, creative evaluation and management of cross-functional stakeholder feedback for revisions, timeline and budget management.

 

 

Who we are looking for:

Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Creative Writing, etc 5+ years proven experience acquired in JTI and/or in previous company (preferrable in RRP / FMCG industries) in Marketing and/or Communications English - Advanced written and oral Tagalog - spoken, is an advantage Demonstrate expert knowledge in integrated marketing communications, including an in depth understanding of the marketing mix, digital media, sales channels and communications platforms Solid experience in developing communications campaigns and consumer and customer facing branding, using brand assets and guidelines Knowledge of the diverse consumer audiences in the Philippines to ensure effective communication across all touchpoints Have proven integrated marketing comms project management experience Self-motivated and a team-player with experience of managing small teams Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Good stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams- Able to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, diverse environment
