Job TitleRS Scientist I

Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:1. Under the guidance of the laboratory supervisor, be responsible for the research, methodological development and establishment of HCD/HCP residue analysis plans for biological products/food and Meta in the qPCR/ddPCR platform. Follow up and provide feedback on the progress of experimental projects.

2. Assist the laboratory supervisor in establishing and improving relevant experimental procedures.

3. Assist the laboratory supervisor in revising relevant experimental operation SOPs.

4. Be responsible for testing new detection methods and making preliminary preparations in the research and development field, including the required and outlined experiments.

5. Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and summarize and design plans.

6. Assist the laboratory supervisor in promoting the implementation of daily related work.

Job Requirements:1. Master's degree or above in molecular biology, cell biology, virology or related majors, with more than 2 years of work experience.2. Proficient in molecular experiments, and those with quantitative PCR experience are preferred. Fresh PhD graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in using office software and professional analysis software.3. Be able to proficiently read English professional literature, independently search for relevant literature, and have strong analytical and problem - solving abilities.4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Be proactive, good at communication, and have a good team - cooperation spirit.

工作职责： 

1.    在实验室主管带领下，负责qPCR/ddPCR平台生物制品/食品、Meta中 HCD/HCP残留分析方案调研、方法学开发和建立，负责实验项目进度跟进和反馈；

2.    负责协助实验室主管建立健全相关实验流程；

3.    负责协助实验室主管修订相关实验操作SOP；

4.    负责测试新型检测方法，研发领域的前期准备，包括所需和概述的实验；

5.    负责分析实验数据和解释结果，总结和方案设计；

6.    负责协助实验室主管推进日常相关工作的实施。

岗位要求：
1.    分子生物学、细胞生物学、病毒学等相关专业硕士及以上，2年以上工作经验，精通分子实验，具有定量PCR经验优先；应届博士欢迎应聘；
2.    熟练使用办公软件以及专业分析软件；
3.    能熟练阅读英文专业文献，自主查阅相关文献，具有较强的分析解决问题的能力； 
4.    责任心强，能高效处理多重任务；积极主动，善于沟通，具良好的团队合作精神。
