Job Overview: The RSMeans Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering both in-person and virtual training to Gordian’s Estimating customers. This person will provide expert guidance on how to leverage RSMeans Data and RSMeans Online, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new customers and ultimately enhancing retention. This position requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

Deliver both virtual and in-person training to customers Collaborate with Fulfillment specialist to update the public training schedule on a quarterly basis Collaborate with Product and Production Team to update workbooks, PowerPoints, and one-sheeters annually Leverage feedback survey data to enhance course content and delivery

Qualifications:

RSMeans Online expertise 5+ years experience cost estimating in the construction sector Bachelor’s degree in related field (civil engineering, construction management, building science, etc.) preferred
