Minor Hotels was founded in Thailand by American-born businessman and entrepreneur William E. Heinecke. We opened our first hotel in Thailand in 1979 and launched our luxury flagship brand – Anantara Hotels & Resorts – in 2001. Since then we have grown into one of the largest hospitality companies in the world with hundreds of hotels and resorts across six continents.
Job DescriptionThe RSR Global Student Internship programme invites students to take the theory they learn in the classroom to practice in their two required internships. Students will have the opportunity to develop skills through all aspects of their chosen department and work together with their colleagues as a team. Students are expected to consistently embrace new ideas and display initiative proactively by taking on additional responsibilities in their area of interest. These young leaders are encouraged to impart the knowledge they have gained throughout their studies to enhance the team that they are a part of as well as create healthy personal relations at all levels of the organisation.
