RSV (Sr.) Customer engagement manager

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The Customer Engagement Manager for consumer focus supports the head of Vaccine Korea in the execution of Global and MCO marketing and brand direction with a key focus on Consumer Strategy aimed at increasing awareness, demand, and uptake of disease & vaccines among consumers.

Lead the development of brand country Activation plan on consumer and brand plans for the portfolio aligned with MCO activation plan and GTM strategies. 

Implement glocal strategies and tactics such as public campaign by building Consumer personas, journeys and engagement planning aligned to MCO activation plans and GTM strategies. 

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior & insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges which is aligned with comprehensive consumer marketing strategies via Glocal model

Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (traditional media, digital, social media, etc.) to promote vaccine & disease awareness and uptake.

Manage the creative process, including briefing agencies, overseeing content development, and ensuring brand consistency.

Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

Foster effective communication across divisions and departments. 

Work in close collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.

Partner with public health organizations, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and impact.

Engage with healthcare providers to support patient disease education and engagement initiatives.

Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of consumer marketing initiatives.

As required, adapt content in respect of regulatory frame and in coordination with partner functions. 

Tailor the experience and impact through the use of consumer data.  

Support the MCO to test hypothesis in order to derive local insights to help inform MCO and Brand strategy, utilising data and your understanding of local market trends and the competitive landscape. 

Execution of the customer engagement plan to ensure consistent messaging and seamless consumer experiences

Achieve targets/priorities for the brand. 

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Track expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to stakeholders.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS 

Technical skills:

Strong experience in developing and executing consumer strategy.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in consumer (incl. digital) marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer needs.

Customer-centricity and omnichannel excellence including experience with the collection of and use of customer data, agile operating model, new GTM models, AI and digital capabilities, with interest to proactively continue upskilling and deepening this understanding.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine. 

Ensuring Korea Code of Conduct. 

Soft skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to respond resourcefully to changing business conditions and opportunities proactively looking for ways the team can adapts is plans, tactics and strategies. 

Build effective partnerships with key local, MCO and global stakeholders and business support functions. 

Proactive understanding of the local market trends and the competitive landscape.

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE (detailed)

Previous Product/ Brand experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry) 

Consumer marketing / Omnichannel engagement. 

Worked in teams where there is a high degree of accountability and collaboration across functions and roles. 

Korean language skills are required

English language skills are required
