Key Responsibilities

\n\n\n\tEquivalent of a Scrum Master at the release level\n\tCoach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindset\n\tWork with cross-functional agile teams located at multiple Honeywell locations around the globe\n\tWork with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment\n\tFacilitates Internal/Commercial Release Planning meetings\n\tProvides R&D Progress and Risks/Mitigations at weekly PMO Meetings\n\tUpdate Monthly Budget Reports for Project and Department spending\n\tCreate purchase requisitions for project teams\n\tAssists PMO as R&D Prime to deliver any HIP/NPD artifacts related to Technology in all New Product Development Phases\n\tUpdates portfolio items in Rally to ensure accurate real-time status reporting\n\tAssists in clearing cross-team blockers\n\tIdentifies dependencies outside of teams in the form of business-requirement epics\n\tDrive relentless improvement; assess the agility level of the Agile Release Train and lead the implementation of improvements\n\tFacilitate the System Demos and other Agile Release Train ceremonies\n\tDevelop & deliver training on a variety of Lean-Agile frameworks/scaling methods\n\tContribute to Agile communities (cohorts, circles, etc.) to support continuous learning & foster a Lean-Agile mindset at Honeywell\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\n\tExperience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in a product development environment\n\tExcellent communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal and organizational skills.\n\tAble to adapt and solve problems in an unstructured environment, with minimal supervision\n\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\n\n\tOne or more Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), SAFe Release Train Engineer(RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)\n\tExperience with an Agile Management tool\n\tJira / Rally experience a plus\n\tExperience working in an embedded product development environment\n\n\n
