We strive to be an employer of choice! **What You-ll Do** **Job Description:** + **Leading & attending shared Global Product Lifecycle (GPL)-related Scrum events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrum, System Demos** + **Team stand-ups** + **Manage 3 teams as Senior SCRUM Master (1 NearShore + 2 Onshore)** + **Weekly Scrum of Scrums** + **Monthly GPL System demos** + **Shared team refinements/sprint planning sessions** + **Maintaining calendars for program increments (PIs) or phases of GPL** + **Implementing and leading PI planning events each quarter** + **Monitoring the progress of PIs and ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap** + **Coordinating and aligning GPL activities with the organization's strategic goals** + **Serving as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams** + **Proactive tracking and handling of initiative-level dependencies/risks** + **Looking ahead at the program roadmap 6 months and beyond** + **Creating and facilitating initiative artifacts** + **Ensuring the business gathers necessary information before engaging engineers for future components of the initiative** + **Kicking off IT engagement when it's time for engineers to start looking at future segments of work within the initiative** + **Serving as Scrum Master for one engineering team that is part of this initiative** + **Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met** + **Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the initiative** + **Providing regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders** + **Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems** + **Facilitating the resolution of issues that may impede project progress** + **Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders on agile practices and methodologies** + **Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration** + **Minimum education qualification** -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.Please be aware that Capgemini Sogeti may capture yourimage (video or screenshot) during the interview process and that image may be usedfor verification, including during the hiring and onboarding process **The benefits our employees enjoy:** -401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% upto 6%.
