Low Tier City Development Manager，与跨职能团队协作升级三线整体发展策略并负责RTM策略升级；

1. 与各跨职能团队协作，完成三线城市整体发展策略及实施计划的升级，包括不仅限于：城市潜力分析、渠道机会探索、品类机会挖掘等；
2. 负责三线RTM策略优化，包含不仅限于明确经销商标准及对应价值交换体系，三线销售团队架构、岗位职责设定，持续赋能提升关键岗位相应适配的能力；
3. 负责“One Foods”项目在三线的探索，负责试点项目的推进和落地实施回顾；
