Responsibilities Make an impact Perform assigned RTR accounting activities, including Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Intercompany, period closing, reconciliations, reporting, deliver assigned tasks as per scheduled timeline, participate in process-transition, prepare and update process descriptions, in regards of assigned new activities, negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with Stakeholder and peer Departments, drive issue resolution, support Audit requests. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of accounting experience in SSC environment, strong accounting knowledge and computer related skills, strong communication skills in English both written and verbal, Italian/Spanish/French language skill is a plus, comfortable to work in a multicultural SSC environment, experience in process-transitions and standardization in finance is a plus, high attention to details and customer focus, willingness to invest in your own development supported by KUKA, travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose, IFRS GAAP and SAP user knowledge, SSC background.
