Your New Role...

The Manager, EMEA Studios Accounting plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for the Studios business across EMEA territories. This position ensures accurate and complete financial records in compliance with US GAAP and company policies, leads process improvements, and manages relationships with outsourced accounting providers. The role also supports financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support key business decisions and regulatory requirements.

Your Role Accountabilities

Lead general accounting operations and month-end close activities across EMEA Studios businesses

Review and analyze financial results, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Supervise trial balance preparation and balance sheet reconciliations

Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements

Provide oversight and guidance to outsourced accounting teams, driving process standardization

Act as key contact for internal and external auditors, supporting timely and accurate audits

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in accounting, including leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment

Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and EMEA regulatory frameworks

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus

CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred

Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience driving automation and digital transformation in finance functions

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
