As the Record-to-Report (RTR) Analyst you will perform professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data.

The role reports to the RTR Manager and is part of a team responsible for supporting management accounting and financial reporting activities. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to prepare reports and financial statements to ensure timely reporting to external auditors, regulators, internal management and third parties.

Your responsibilities:

The RTR Analyst will be required to support the RTR Manager in delivering the services under the RTR tower, executing the following responsibilities:

Review and analyze general ledger and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, taking corrective action as needed.Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Perform Trial Balance and other technical reviews to verify the correctness of financial data.Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to provide insights for decision-making that drive optimal financial outcomes.Prepare management accounts and reports tailored to various business stakeholders.Perform consolidation activities for management and statutory reporting to meet compliance requirements.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards to uphold data integrity and regulatory adherence.

Requirements for the role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate business.

Strong business orientation and commercial interest.

Gravitas, self-awareness, and relationship-building skills essential for building rapport and influencing stakeholders.

Proactive and able to use initiative effectively.

Accountable, delivering on promises and commitments even in challenging circumstances.

Knowledge of key business process technologies, including ERP systems.

Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.

How you will be rewarded:

Salary range for this position is from 35,000 to 43,750 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
