The team
Working in a RTR (Record to Report) team, responsible for managing the financial reporting and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closing of financial statements.
The role
Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyses financial information, prepares reports, and verifies accuracy.
Assist with the automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops
MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP
IT skills:
ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
Stakeholder Management experience
Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
Willing to work in 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST Shift
