RTR T&E Compliance Specialist

What can you expect?

Support with daily accounting operations. Support Month end close activities. Reaching of established Key performance indicators. Ad-hoc tasks according to requirements of business. Communication with customers in order to resolve requests effectively

What will your responsibilities be?      

Checking compliance of received travel expenses with company policy and legal requirementsFollow up with team and employees in case of any required details or back-up documentationProcessing of travel expenses in dedicated system (Concur)Providing guidance and support to employees, communication to solve obstacles and issues

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 1 year but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/trainingEnglish: IntermediateSAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)Excel: BasicGood Time management skills and communication skillsAnalytical thinkingTeam player
