Purpose of Role: The Rubber Liner is responsible for operating industrial equipment and performing industrial processes to produce rubber lined products safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. They will be priming and lining tanks, pipes, and other equipment with rubber and will be hand laying rubber on pumps and other relative equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce Rubber Lined Products: Select proper tooling, equipment and/or raw material to perform the job and operate equipment to produce product in an efficient and safe manner, following facility and regulatory safety guidelines.Understand Technical Documents: Read and interpret blueprints, traveler requirements and manufacturing instructions; may require operator to perform mathematical calculations.Quality Assurance: Apply quality control measures, use precision measuring devices and accurately record measurements.Maintain Documentation: Record and report production labor hours, product quantity and product quality, as required.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
