Job Summary
Responsible for rubber mixing and compounding process. Lead and train the production team related to productivity, quality and safety. Managing the variety of compounds(NBR,EPDM,FKM etc) and its processing. Troubleshooting of process issues in chemical feeding system, HF Mixer, Mill, Extrusion and Press.
Responsibilities
Responsibility includes mixing of several different types of rubber like NBR,EPDM,FKM etc and maintaining quality level as per the requirements. Handling day today activities of rubber mixing and compounding process monitoring in HF Mixer, Carbon mixing, Chemical weighing and feeding system. Troubleshooting of process issues in rubber mixing, Injection Molding and Extrusion Monitor and report the non Compliance related data on periodic basis. Identify process improvements to optimize productivity.Basic Qualifications
Technical qualification in Rubber Technology or Polymer Engineering. 8+ years of experience in rubber mixing and compounding process.Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
