Your work will involve working on solutions helping in managing business flows, handling documents and communication, supporting our legal team, and ensuring smooth compensation payments to our clients.\n

What you’ll do:\nBuild new services and improve existing ones with a focus on scalability and maintainability.\nWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code that is easy to manage.\nDesign solutions architecture and propose technical improvements.\nPromote best engineering practices and high coding standards within the team.\nActively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.\nProvide constructive feedback through code reviews and mentor other engineers.

\nA few years of experience in software engineering.\nStrong knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails (experience with Go, Python, or Node.js is a plus).\nGood understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).\nFamiliarity with modern design patterns and ability to implement them effectively.\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).\nExperience with test-driven development and writing automated tests.\nA high level of ownership and responsibility.\nAbility to understand complex business cases and translate them into working software.\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\n\nExperience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.\nExperience with tools like ELK/Grafana and Sentry.\n
