We are looking for a skilled Run Plant Engineer to join our Advanced Cleans and Slurry Technology Manufacturing team in Cheonan, Korea. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvements to optimize plant performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations support – troubleshoot process issues and optimize performance.
Drive process improvements – enhance yield, capacity, and reduce variation.
Ensure high-quality production – manage process control systems effectively.
Optimize plant performance – track KPIs, analyze SPC charts, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure safety & compliance – maintain SOPs and adhere to environmental and safety standards.
Respond to critical plant events – act as a technical expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering (major in chemical preferred).
5 years in manufacturing or plant environment as a Process Engineer or similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with SPC knowledge (Six Sigma certification preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Hands-on experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
