Position Summary

As a runner for ILM London’s Virtual Production Stage you will be the first point of contact helping ensure the smooth running of this department.  You will be a key member of our Stage support team, performing to a high standard as you get to know all areas of our Virtual Production facility and gain valuable insight into how the entire facility works.

What You’ll Do:

Support stage crew with errands, tasks, and equipment management.

Maintain clean, tidy, and well-stocked communal areas.

Assist with logistics, including deliveries and kit preparation.

Provide exceptional hospitality services to all employees and client visitors.

Manage MOCAP suits, including stock levels and cleaning.

Act as a point of contact for facility issues and building-related needs.

Possible requirement to attend different shoot locations to assist and support, looking after clients and high profile guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a working knowledge of Google-Suite.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload.

A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of staff.

Flexibility to work shifted days and weekends as required.

Customer service experience 

Interest in virtual production and visual effects 

Understanding of camera equipment, packages, lenses, kits

This role is On-site, which means the employee is required to work full-time on-site at a Company designated location
