Rural Network Program Manager
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Program Manager will operate out of one of the Northern Network Sites **Position Summary:** The Rural Network Program Manager plans, implements, supports, and optimizes projects related to Rural designation for multiple primary care offices within Trinity Health Medical Group: West Michigan. Actively participates in educating internal and external stakeholders, policy and procedure development, rules/guidance surveillance, registration/recertification, internal and external audits, contract management, program enhancement/optimization, reporting and financial analysis, and operational oversight of the rural network sites. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding Rural Designation. **What the Rural Network Program Manager will need:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, management, administration, or other related healthcare field + Master's Degree in Business, or another relevant field preferred + Prior healthcare experience + Experience with multiple aspects of Rural designation and/or managing primary care office maintaining rural designation + Five years of management experience in a Rural designated site preferred + Familiarity with rural designation application process and subsequent redesignation audits preferred **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
