Excellent opportunity for an experienced, Russian & English speaking House Manager to join an established residence in Hampstead.

Job Summary:   

Large established private household in Hampstead London is looking for a Russian and English speaking House Manager to keep the home running to an excellent standard. People management and organisational skill are essential.

Job specification: 

The house is established with its own policies, procedures and set of standards they wish to maintain. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency, if there are operational efficiencies that can be achieved, you are welcome to suggest these to the principal First point of contact for any issues within the home, the expectation is that you will be familiar with the home inside and out, able to address first fixes then calling upon trusted contractors for more specialist tasks Sourcing, negotiating with and supervising contractors Reviewing service level agreements with providers and re-negotiating where applicable Responsible for household administration including but not limited to, household bills, insurance renewals, maintenance schedules Managing the team of 15+ domestic staff, providing onboarding/training for any new starters, ensuring staff are aware of the family’s movements and standards are kept high Personal shopping as required

Candidate specification:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large private residences Must speak English and Russian fluently Strong people management skills and experience manging large teams of domestic staff Reliable and trustworthy Confident driver

DBS required at offer stage
