What is the role about?
Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to ensure smooth accounting operations, timely follow-up on outstanding receivables, and accurate application of customer payments. You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain and improve critical accounting processes.
Which tasks will you perform?

Generate invoices for drop-ship orders. Process customer payments and post daily deposits. Follow up on outstanding receivables by sending past-due notices and making phone calls. Set up and maintain accurate customer account records. Evaluate credit limits and history to determine order approvals. Post bills for warehouse orders and generate commission invoices for vendors. Assist Sales with Will Call orders. Follow up on credits and refunds. Maintain and enhance accounting reports. Explore and implement process improvements in accounts receivable functions. Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Go the extra mile to engage with customers and teammates.

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

College degree or equivalent experience. Strong phone communication and listening skills. Proficiency in computer applications, especially web-based and ERP systems. Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations.  Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer experience.
