Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

The pay range for this role is: $60,000 - $125,000 annually which is comprised of commission and overtime variable pay.  Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more! What You’ll Do:

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVsConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentationsClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

High school diploma or equivalent is required,2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.  Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales licenseBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer informationValid driver's licenseMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

This position is a 100% commission-based role.  The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000+.  In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation.  In California, Massachusetts and Maine will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned.  All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage which offsets variable compensation.
