RVP, Partner Sales

About the team

You will contribute to our global sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global sales team is made up of Sales Development, Partner/Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our representatives help businesses solve complex communications issues experienced by many around the world.

Dialpad’s RVP of Partner Sales will lead a team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to further expand Dialpad’s regional channel programs. In this role, there will be a combination of  coaching, and managing a team of PAMs, who are tasked with recruiting, enabling and managing partners in their assigned territories.

Dialpad’s Partner team plays an essential role in our GTM motions. This team collaborates closely with our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise teams to constantly improve our new customer acquisition and expansion of our customer base.  

Your role

As a RVP of Partner Sales, you’ll own the recruitment, management, and overall revenue of your Regional PAM team. You’ll work closely with our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Sales leaders to collaborate on producing new ARR. You’ll also work closely with our National Partner Team who manages our relationships with the TSDs (Intelisys, Avant, Telarus, etc..) to further expand our brand within the partner base. Our PAM teams work closely with the National Team as they are our new business and partner recruitment engine of our program.

This position reports to our Head of Partner Sales.

What you’ll do

Add value to our global sales team by gaining new customers and uncovering market opportunities. Develop strategies for converting partner connections into productive relationships. Coach and manage a team of PAMs to enable partners in their assigned territories. You will partner with our Sales Development, Partner/Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and National Partner Teams. You will be an integral part of GTM motions.

Skills you’ll bring 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of functional experience. Experience in leading a Partner/Channel Sales team preferred. Expertise in managing Channel Partner ecosystems.
