So, what’s the role all about?

The Regional Vice President, Value Executives, is responsible for two sales support teams.  The Value Executive (VE) team is a group of former customer experience (CX) executives that ran large contact centers, owned P&Ls, managed operation budgets and procured CX technology. This team creates financial based business cases for our clients so they can understand the financial impact of NICE’s solutions and services. The second team is the Global RFP Response Management team which leads the delivering of proposal responses that that put NICE is the strongest position in the proposal stage of a sales cycle. The RVP, Value Executive, must have the background to lead and managed both of these teams to deliver effective results enabling the sales team to win deals.   

How will you make an impact?

Manage and develop the VE team to create Value Assessments and Business Assessments that are effective in influencing sales opportunities to close with a win. This win rate should exceed 50%. Leverage the VE staff’s executive leadership experience to enhance the team’s deliverables.  Use their role as leaders procuring CX technology and having a customer’s view to drive an even more successful outcome. Lead both teams to embrace and adapt to NICE’s constant change and growth of NICE’s AI-leading customer experience solutions and services.  Maintain a low staff turnover so the team’s currently strong effectiveness in supporting the sales organization is maintained. Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment. When new hire opportunity arises, identify and hire strong candidates that fit the team culture and responsibilities to maintain strong effectiveness in supporting the sales organization. Ensure both teams maintain strong SalesForce hygiene. Prepare reports and analyze data to ensure both teams are maintaining and improving sales effectiveness. This includes producing a QBR and delivering the analysis. Ensure both teams comply and attend all training opportunities available to ensure they are current with the NICE solutions and the companies go-to-market. NICE CxOne and the customer.

Have you got what it takes?

Experience managing a team of highly skilled professionals and able to work with other internal teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, with all levels of authority. Senior Management level operational and financial experience including owning P&Ls, owning a budget process, and procuring technology. Sales experience in the technology space.  Presenting to and working with “C” suite executives. Advanced business degree and/or business experience in a senior management role.
