RVP Professional Services – Central Europe


YOUR IMPACT 
As the RVP Professional Services for Central Europe, you'll lead one of OpenText's largest and most crucial regions. Your role is pivotal in inspiring and guiding a high-performing services team to success in a global market. With a deep understanding of our services' value, you'll effectively communicate this to our customers. Your proven track record in growing a Professional Services business by aligning strategy and operations will be key. Focused on customer success and the adoption of OpenText's EIM vision, you'll ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, adoption, and ROI. Experience in ECM, BPM, CEM, or the broader EIM industry (both on Cloud and off Cloud) is essential, along with a keen eye for business growth.
 
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS  

Lead the sales area of Professional Services in Central Europe, managing all sales teams for large and enterprise accounts, government and subregions.Take responsibility for your organization's order intake target.Drive growth strategies, customer loyalty, new business areas, and service models.Develop business plans for key enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales and solution consulting management.Establish and expand C-level contacts, directly supporting some customers and consistently expanding the use of our products and solutions.Utilize efficient reporting and forecasting methods to provide highly reliable business forecasts based on SalesForce.Support and develop your team members' career growth.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

A degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, ideally with a PhD or MBA.Several years of experience leading consulting sales teams.C-level consulting experience in:Enterprise Information Management (EIM) / Enterprise Content Management (ECM)IT consulting or digital transformationStrong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset to develop new business areas.A network of personal contacts with decision-makers in the EIM/ECM/SAP environment.Proven success in acquiring consulting projects worth over 5 million euros.Creativity, innovative mindset, team spirit, and strong problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and German; Dutch is a plus.
