Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs • Abides strictly to the established operating procedures • Ensures the privacy of our guests and families as well as respect culture and sense of place • Communicate with all Butlers and Sub Department • Maintain an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staff • Build friendly relationship with colleagues in all areas • Maintain the Minimum Operating Standards and the Rosewood Standards
