Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization. **This role in summary** The S&OP Manager will lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for KitchenAid EMEA to align demand, supply and financial plans. This role is essential for driving operational efficiency, improving forecast accuracy and optimizing inventory levels to meet business objectives. **Your responsibilities will include** The S&OP Manager will be part of the KitchenAid EMEA Supply Chain Leadership team and lead a team of 6 professionals, including 2 Demand Planners, 2 Supply Planners and a CRP (Customer Replenishment Planner). This position will drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments and continuously improve supply chain operations. + _Lead the S&OP Process:_ Facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and executive review meetings. + _Demand Planning:_ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, incorporating market insights, promotional activities, and historical data. + _Supply Planning:_ Work with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure supply capabilities meet demand requirements, optimizing production schedules and inventory levels. + _Inventory Management:_ Maintain inventory levels in line with financial targets to minimize excess and obsolete stock, ensuring maximum product availability. + _Performance Analysis:_ Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover and service levels. Identify areas for improvement. + _Cross-Functional Collaboration:_ Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and drive consensus. + _Process Improvement:_ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the S&OP process. + _Reporting and Communication:_ Prepare and present S&OP reports to management, highlighting key insights, risks and opportunities. + _Leadership and Team Management:_ Oversee and inspire the S&OP team to create a collaborative and results-oriented environment, while providing coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their skills. **Minimum requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Proven experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or related roles. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools. + Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices. + Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. **Additional information** The S&OP Manager will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will be based at the KitchenAid EMEA headquarters in Brussels Area.
