Job Description

Get to Know the Team:

We are seeking a Strategic and Planning Central Java & DIY Associate to join our team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our operations in the Central Java and DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) regions of Indonesia.

Get to know the Role

This position is intended to support the Operations Team by providing insightful data analytics, performance monitoring and project management of key initiatives. You will be reporting to the manager. The role will be onsite and based in Yogyakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the Central Java and DIY regionsConduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the target regionsCreate compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findingsEnsure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all analytics processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with company objectivesCreate financial models and forecasts for the Central Java and DIY marketsMonitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on regional performanceEvaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities in the target regionsProvide insights to management on strategic decisionsCoordinate with local teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related fieldProficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and PythonExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIExperience on presenting complex findings to non-technical audiencesExperience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Central Java and DIY regionsUnderstanding of regional economic trends in Central Java and DIY
