As a S&T Cadet, you will help our digital team to build a new paradigm of coating research and development through large model application, then create innovation breakthroughs in technology research, product development, customer development and factory production, achieve efficiency improvement, and help our digital transformation.

You will report to Regional Technical Director, Data Center and Cadet Program. This will be an on-site job in our innovation center in Tianjin.

Key Responsibilities

Explore the application scenarios of large model technology in material scienceBuild enterprise knowledge base to support language understanding and reasoning capabilities of modelsBuild diversified task processing capabilities based on large models and agents to enhance research and development efficiencyResponsible for training, deploying, debugging, and optimizing models to solve problems in practical applicationsTrack the latest technological advancements in the industry and improve existing modelsCollaborate with global large model engineers to strengthen the construction of enterprise digital platforms

Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics or statistics.Familiar with basic principles and technologies of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, large models and agents.Proficient in Python, familiar with Langchain, LlamaIndex and other large model tool chains, master TensorFlow/PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.In-depth understanding of Transformer/BERT/GPT and other architectures, familiar with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LoRA/P-Tuning methods.At least 1 large model landing project experience, familiar with large model deployment optimization technology.Written and verbal communication skills and proficient English
