**Introduction**
Key duties and responsibilities:
· Lead the E2E S2P Accounts Payable Operational regional teams
· Perform execution of global Procurement& Accounts Payable strategy ( e.g. invoice scanning, data registration, error resolution, internal controlling tasks, payments)
· Ensure keeping the global& EMEA AP and relative Procurement measurement targets, especially the Paid on Time metric
· Strengthen the ONE TEAM S2P) Procurement& Accounts Payable approach
· Ensure providing quantitative and qualitative work
· Learn, understand and keep the procedures, documentations, instructions and auditing / business controls guidelines
· Keep internal target dates
· Develop own and Team skills plus knowledge aligned to business strategy
· Sharing knowledge with team members& peers
· Participating / facilitating in diverse Agile ceremonies to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items
· Using team collaboration tools
· Support ISSC level projects
· Work in an Agile environment
· Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of the projects
· Driving, owning and supporting process enhancement / modification initiatives
· Maintaining good working relationships with all parties
· Practise the culture of helpfulness
· Provide assistance to management in ad hoc projects
**Your role and responsibilities**

**Required technical and professional expertise**
Skills and qualities required:
* English language proficiency& one additional EMEA language knowledge is preferred
* Completed successfully or in progress completion of the LEA& ADW leadership program of IBM Hungary ISSC Kft.
* 2-4 yrs existing Procurement/ Accounts Payable/ Finance/ Accounting/Tax experience
* 2-4 yrs existing leadership experience
· Good communication skills
* Confident Microsoft Office skills
* Analytical skills (Data Analytics, EPM usage)
* Foster and apply Teamwork
* Problem solving and visualisation of problems and solutions
* Project management skills
* Ability to adapt and manage change effectively
* Ability to communicate, organise and work under own initiative
* Good time management with ability to prioritise effectively
