You will support our order-to-cash (OTC) operations and/or the customer collaboration agenda for a given market or set of customers. You will offer improved value and service to the customer and increase supply chain efficiency while offering clear accountability and transparency into customer performance through a single point of contact.

Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partnersAchieve KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, overdues and deductions through effective implementation of processesDevelopment, coach, delegate and lead a team that can drive the business agenda and give them the opportunity to grow in the organizationFocus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value-creation initiatives identified through customer collaborationDeliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customerWhat you will bring

Experience in CS&L function, ideally with excellent knowledge of OTC management and processes, customer supply chain managementCross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, and logistics and warehousing knowledge)SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating proceduresExperience leading and developing a teamAble to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIsGreat interpersonal, teamwork and communication skillsAble to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumenJob specific requirements:
Role focused on developing business processes, elaborating strategies to meet global needs, adjusting the processes to the respective Latin American countries.Experience working on projects with S4 and knowledge of order to builder and order management.Advanced English is required for this position, for candidates from Brazil, a good level of Spanish is also required.SAP systems knowledge is required at business process level, not technical.The position has 90% remote flexibility, but there will be times when travel or office attendance is required.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryOur Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
