Job DescriptionThis position is a hybrid office-remote role, located in OttawaWe are looking for a high-energy Sales Professional who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the SAAS consultant will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.  The SAAS Consultant should be adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication. Successful people will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. Training & SupportWe offer full training and support to our new hires, and encourage those to apply who are eager to grow internally within a stable, well diverse company.ResponsabilitiesPresent, promote and sell Ziff Davis's Martech line of products and services Campaigner SMTP) through inbound leads to new and existing clients within a defined geographical territoryGenerate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-sellingMeeting and /or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetsAbility to identify and close new sales opportunities and also grow business with existing  clientsContinuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in CRMManaging and nurturing the Sales process from the sales lead to closeMaximizing sales in a defined territoryProviding return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposalsBuilding long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.Identify and understand customers’ needs and help implement solutionsCompiling and analyzing data to find trends.Job RequirementsProven 4+ years of work experience as Sales Professional, in a SAAS space preferred.Well-spoken, highly inspired/determined and goal orientatedAn understanding of common sales cyclesExperience in prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tacticsPleasant communication and committed negotiation skillsExperience and comfortable with delivering web presentations to individuals as well as to groups Establish interpersonal relationships paired with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients in a variety of settings.Team player with Strong organizational and time management skills.Participate in weekly meetings to discuss personal goals as well as team goals for the upcoming week/month.The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
