Roles and Responsibilities: * SAAS Enterprise Consultant will act as a senior strategic advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance, project management, and support throughout their implementation and adoption journey and converting contracted revenue into realized revenue * Develop a deep understanding of the company's software solutions and become a trusted expert in our product offerings * Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, CX, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer initiatives * Independently lead professional services engagements, overseeing project scoping, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality results * Identify and address customer challenges, leveraging your knowledge of property management industry best practices and change management principles * As a SAAS Enterprise Consultant, you will build and own strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction * Become a thought leader around industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact our clients, and proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance our service delivery * Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion * Travel up to 25% of the time or more as needed
