SaaS & SW Global Process Owner Description
Lenovo’s Cloud & Software Organization is seeking a Global Process Owner to support SaaS and Software products. This candidate would develop end-to-end transformation strategy and engineering processes to optimize SaaS and SW sales. The candidate would be responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders to align business requirements working with technical teams for implementation. The candidate would also be responsible for fulfillment and process optimization for SW delivery. The candidate should be detail oriented, a proactive self-starter, exhibit the ability to work effectively with cross functional worldwide teams, and have a customer first mentality.
