The role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and facilitate the effective adoption of SAFe Agile practices. In this role, you will serve as an enabler for a high-performing software development team, coaching and mentoring team members while driving the successful delivery of complex IT projects. You will ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, a proven track record of working with tools like JIRA and Confluence, and a strong technical background in software development and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of critical projects.

What you’ll bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects. Expertise in Agile project management, with a focus on SAFe Agile practices. Strong experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence for reporting and dashboard creation. Over 10 years of IT industry experience, including Java, J2EE, .NET, web development, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Proven ability to handle issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple vendor teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM or PSM); SAFe and Kanban certifications are highly desirable. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. A background in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
