SAFe Transformation Lead

More About the Role:
Leidos is seeking a strategic leader to enable the program’s SAFe Agile Transformation in support of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Division under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract.

SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy, delivering the core backbone of NMCI, including cybersecurity services, network and datacenter operations, end user support services service desk, and data transport. Because of its size and complexity, the NMCI program is one of the largest in Leidos and has significant Corporate visibility. The ideal candidate will lead our SAFe agile transformation both internally and how we align to the customer’s SAFe adaption.

What You'll Get to Do:
-Develops and leads the SAFe agile transformation roadmap to include both the short- and long-term actions. 
-Develops and delivers SAFe agile training for the entire organization. 
-Identify areas for SAFe adoption and transformation.  
-Engage with senior leadership to aid in the transformation of not only the Portfolio organization but the larger NMCI and SMIT program. 
-Builds and leverages strong relationships both with the customer and with Leidos peers to develop and execute risk mitigations and issue resolutions. 
-Communicate critical and time sensitive program-related information directly to senior NMCI leadership. 
-Direct interface with senior Government officials and industry partners, driving contract growth.  
-Effectively engage and influence a geographically dispersed organization.  
-Aids in the development of proposals to execute in the customer facing agile delivery.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-Requires a B.A. Degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience (8 plus years combined experience managing strategic, influencing capabilities).
-Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active DOD Secret level Security Clearance. 
-Ability to travel to support in person meetings as required.
-SAFe Practice Consultant Certification .
-Azure DevOps (ADO) experience. 
-Experience presenting and training large groups. 
-Experienced engaging with dispersed teams.  
-Experience developing and delivering communications with the supported organization’s senior executives and direct accountability for managed activities. 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succinctly convey ideas. 
-Ability to drive team culture with emphasis on Leidos leadership values and behaviors. 
-Experience managing relationships with senior DoD/Government customers.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
-Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
-Prior Navy, NGEN or SMIT experience highly preferable. 
-Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) project management experience/certification(s). 
-Prior programmatic (cost, schedule, and performance) experience on programs or task orders.

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
