Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Adhere to QMS Standards: Ensure compliance with Danfoss Quality Management System guidelines. Manage Customer Feedback: Handle feedback, report issues, and resolve them promptly. Implement Quality Solutions: Address concerns through structured problem-solving with stakeholders. Drive Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives for quality enhancement and operational efficiency. Develop Quality Processes: Collaborate on procedures to meet quality targets. Lead Corrective Actions: Implement prompt corrective actions for quality issues. Communicate Effectively: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on quality performance. Manage QEHS Functions: Improve KPIs related to Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety metrics. Ensure Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations and standards. Oversee Safety Policies: Develop and monitor safety and environmental policies. Promote Safety Culture: Encourage safety awareness through training and campaigns. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor's degree in Quality/Safety is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years in a Quality/Safety role within a plant-manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment, are required. Extensive experience in leading/facilitating complex 8Ds. Self-driven professional capable of setting direction with peers for a Quality and Safety Roadmap. Experience/knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001. Experience/knowledge of behavior-based safety principles and practices. Workers’ compensation, incident management, and root cause investigation experience. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a must. Employee Benefits
